Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
Review & Approval
Our team will review your request; for food safety reasons, coffee beans can only be returned if the packaging is unopened or the product is defective.
Return Shipping
Once approved, securely package your items and send them back to our roastery using the provided return label or instructions.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
